How to declutter your life with 3 simple words


Are you feeling overwhelmed by life, love, and everything else? You can de-clutter your life with these four simple words: Does this add value?

1. Mind

Let’s begin with your mind. If you’re one of those people who can’t stop thinking, you’re part of the majority of the world’s population. It’s the few who have mastered the art of controlling their thoughts that manifest the life of their dreams!

If you find you’re once again replaying a scene, over-analyzing a problem, or worrying about a future event that may never happen, just ask yourself “Does this add value?”

When you realize that whatever you’re thinking about is wasting your time, you may be more willing to let it go and find thoughts that are more beneficial.

2. Body

Are you in the shape you want to be in? No? Then healthy eating and exercise probably isn’t on your list of favorite things. Here’s what you do. When you’re about to put yet another spoon of ice cream into your mouth, ask yourself: “Does this add value?” Maybe it does! The value may be that it soothes your spirit, but then at least you know it’s a conscious, empowered decision.

3. Spirit
